I received this item damaged. one of the wire going to the handle bars was cut, there was a small dent on t he motor. the box had ruptured at two ends. Very poor packing by manufacturer. I cannot truthfully testify on the quality of this product since I was not able to use it; but packing is any indication. As with everything it's made in China.
