Amazon.com Product Description Tour the neighborhood in style and promote healthy child exercise with this Barbie-themed scooter. Embellished with the Barbie logo and cast in an eye-grabbing pink and purple color combination, this novice-friendly scooter is also foldable and lightweight for easy toting and storage.
This scooter folds compactly and locks into place for easy transport. | This scooter's pink-and-lavender coloring is accented with swirly flower decorations. It features an aluminum footdeck with professionally designed grip deck, clear-colored 4-inch wheels, and T-handle bar with padded foam grips in green. The rear fender doubles as a foot brake for safe stopping. The handlebar can be lengthened or shortened as needed. The grips can be detached from the T-bar (they're connected via a bungee cord looped through the handle) and stored in clips along the shaft when folding for storage. This scooter is made for children 5 years and older, and it has a maximum weight capacity of 130 pounds. It's backed by a lifetime warranty on the frame and fork. The Story of Barbie Inspired by her daughter's fascination with cutout paper dolls, Ruth Handler suggests making a three-dimensional doll through which little girls could play out their dreams. She names the doll "Barbie," after her own daughter Barbara's nickname. Barbie soon leads Mattel to the forefront of the toy industry and fascinates generations of young girls.

Not safe November 2, 2008 Christifidelis.com (Fountain Hills, AZ USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
There are support rails on the bottom of this scooter instead of a plate. It has a bit lower of a ground clearance than other brands causing the rails to scrape the ground and become very sharp; sharp enough to slice my child after less than 3 weeks of use. Our razor brand scooter isn't effected at all in the same riding conditions after 4 years...something to consider besides color choice.
Awesome but be sure kiddos are ready for this October 29, 2008 Super Shopper (San Diego, CA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Now my daughter really wanted this personally its well made, and the one I got had rubber handles not foam and aside from cheap stickers and cheap skid tape (can be replace easy.) it was great just she wasnt ready for it yet. So we got her another radio flyer one. But this bad boy is weighted I think for 137 lb or something insane like that. So I think its a great buy. It's only $32.87 at walmart + tax. Just so you all know its much cheaper then here.
PERFECT GIFT! September 20, 2008 Rose M. Wcislo (Cleveland, OH) I purchased this scooter for my 6 year old grand daughter's birthday... and she LOVED it! It was the perfect gift! The expression on her face said it all! WOW!

Who doesn't like pink and purple? No girl I know! My daughter flipped when she got this scooter, and in her favorite colors too. She loves it. It's durable, and doesn't rust when left out in the rain. Let me tell you, it's been left in the rain many times, and still no rust. This scooter is just as well made, if not better than a Razor scooter, which my older children have, and those rust after only a couple of times being left to the elements. This Barbie scooter is a must for all Barbie lovers, and "Princess" little girls. So far, so good. I would recommend this scooter for all girls over six years old, as the younger ones can balance better on three wheeled scooters. This is a nice scooter for girls during their Barbie years. Not recommended for older than nine years old, as the bar may be too short and they have to bend down a little to reach properly while riding. Perfect for ages 6-9, a grand first scooter!
Stylish and EZ to use! January 4, 2007 S. YOUNG (Alaska USA) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I bought this for my 8 yr old daughter. I was VERY impressed with how light weight, yet sturdy this scooter is. why, she has even taken it to school several times and enjoys the super smooth ride on the wheels and the easy to stop back foot brake!. A BIG plus is that the foam covered handle bars are not only comfortable on her hands and offer good grip but, they easily fold down for storage. her 12 yr old brother even took it for a spin and it holds up beautifully! This will put a smile on any little girls face AND... gain her many compliments on the cool colors ;-) Don't forget to have your child wear a helmet!, as with any 'ride-on', they need all the protection they can get.
