My 1 year old great grandson got these for his birthday and loves them. He hasn't quite mastered the stacking part, but he loves to knock them over. They are solid and a good size for his hands.

While they look like a baby toy, they are fun for children from one to the early school years.. the small ones like the pictures and stacking etc.. the older ones use them as crossword puzzle/scrabble type game taking turns making simple words and building on each others word.
They are durable and will last for years.

I bought these blocks as a birthday present for my best friends daughter. She just turned one. She loved the blocks, and because they are wooden, I believe that they will stand up to even the roughest of children. That is the great thing about wooden toys, they last through generations. These are very big and colorful, and seemed to be a hit! I would definitely buy them again!
