Cute idea, but doesn't work January 26, 2008

My husband and I thought this was the cutest toy, until we got it home and started playing with it. Unfortunately, it doesn't work as the packaging suggests. First you hide Sprinkles, then your child takes Blue around the room to find Sprinkles. Sprinkles is to give hints like..."you are getting close, I'm over here, Do you see me?" We thought Blue had some sort of interactive sensor for finding Sprinkles that would activate when you got close or too far away from Sprinkles. Unfortunately this is not the case. Sprinkles just talks as you walk around the room and if you don't find Sprinkles in a certain amount of time, he just stops talking. Very disappointing.
