This unique easel doubles the fun for little artists. It comes with two hinged easels - one with a chalkboard and one with a magnetic dry erase board. Each side has a paperclip so kids can keep their masterpieces in place while drawing and painting. Easel is very stable; closes up easily. The yellow tray is generous in size for both sides and inside to store supplies.
The magnetic letters enclosed with easel are a HAZARD! I threw them out.
I recommend this easel for either 1 or 2 children, who can play at the same time.
You will need to buy paints and brushes.

I purchased this recently for my 2-year old niece. She and her friends immediately began playing. I purchased chalk, markers, paper and all fit well into the tray. It appears to be very sturdy. I took the other readers' reviews advice and purchased new numbers and letters from PlaySchool. So, it's a definite hit and hoping for some stellar artwork!

my 2 year old daughter LOVES this, and it's great for teaching her the letters and numbers.
Drawing on the dry erase and chalk board are also great. Keeps her from drawing on the walls.

my daughter is a little under 2 right now. She loves this thing. As she moves around the letters and numbers, I'm trying to teach her what they are. Perfect mix of fun and learning.
And - she can draw on the other side. I highly recommend this to anyone with little kids.

My 5 year old has really enjoyed this easel. It's a big easel with a spacious storage tray for markers, crayons, magnets, etc. A terrific price for a fun, educational toy.
