5 out of 5 stars good sound, not to loud   March 12, 2010
mjs
Most baby toys are too loud and sound terrible, with that tinny/bad speaker sound. The baby Einstein sound is just right. The volume is not to loud and the quality is excellent compared to most other kids toys. The tunes are great and do not get annoying even after listening to them over and over. It is easy for an infant to hold and the lights grab their attention and hold it.
I would definitely buy this again.

3 out of 5 stars good toy   March 11, 2010

I think I liked this toy more than my son. I bought it when he was 3 mos. That was too early I think, cuz his arms were not that srong and sometimes he hit his head with it. The music and colors are fine. The worst thing is that sound comes from the back and when the toy is on the floor (we have carpet) u can barely hear it. Also sometimes when music is playing and u push the button to change it nothing happens (have to push it twice). Overall that's a good musical toy

3 out of 5 stars just okay   March 10, 2010

I bought this for my 10m. old son. He would carry it around and chew on it for a few minutes but that is about it. It really didn't hold his interest. Sometimes the button for the music gets stuck too. It is cute, maybe better for a younger baby.

5 out of 5 stars Calms my 3 month old daughter down and makes her smile   February 28, 2010
Amber L. Mayo (Orlando, FL)
Her grandmother bought this toy for her at 2 months old. She LOVES it! When ever she starts to fuss and we can't calm her down, we turn this on and she completely stops and looks at it and starts smiling. She no longer has colic. She would cry for a couple of hours at night and we would try EVERYTHING. Now we just turn this on and she stops. I would recommend this to everyone.

5 out of 5 stars Boy and Girl Twins, Mommy, Daddy and Teenage Older Brother All Appreciate This Toy   February 22, 2010
Winston Smith (Here)
We call this cute music player the baby pod, and we all find the music to be quite pleasant even after months of hearing the same 6-8 songs over and over and over again. Seriously, so many baby toys can get annoying, but this one has done a great job of avoiding that overbearing quality that is so common. It would be nice to have other options like continual loop play or extended melodies, but the toy itself serves it's purpose. The flashing lights are an added bonus, and my babies stick the handle in their mouths (like everything else) for teething. This is a great toy to stop the fussies on a car trip or just for fun anytime.
