Elmo comes dressed in jeans, shirt, sneakers and jacket. Each piece of clothing is attached but can be partially removed, so kids can redress him. Elmo's jacket needs zipping, sleeve snapped, shoe tied and pocket buttoned. Each activity is accompanied by cute sound effects. I was going to purchase a TMX Elmo for my daughter at Christmas, but I stumbled onto this. What a great find! My daughter loves to hear Elmo, but is a bit small yet to understand what to do. I am sure she will grow into it! Her cousins always steal him when we go to visit-they are 3-5 and they have a blast with Elmo. This Elmo is plush and without the hard interior that you get with the TMX-great for toddlers! Sometimes Mom and Dad get annoyed with Elmo, but there is an easy on/off switch inside that we let him rest!

I bought this for my 21 month old as well as my nephew. They both love this toy. My daughter has been zipping my hoodies for the last week or so while saying "zip" and when I saw this I knew it would be perfect for her!

My daughter loves the song that Elmo sings about getting dressed and has learned to follow the directions given by Elmo. Fortunately for me it has a power off button! But she absolutely loves him...
