5 out of 5 stars Still One Of My Son's Favorite Toys   October 11, 2008
RadioNDN (Midwestern USA)
I bought this for my son just after he turned seven months old. He's well over a year now, and this is still one of his favorite toys. He'll press the buttons until he finds one of his favorite tracks, and he'll smile and dance to it. As others have written, the sound quality is excellent, the tunes are not annoying to listen to, and it's also got a volume setting, which is a big plus, of course. This was a sort of random purchase, but I'm very glad I made it, since it's not only given him hours of fun and enjoyment, but I think it's also contributed to his love of music in general.

5 out of 5 stars Baby Einstein Tagalong Tunes   October 2, 2008

My granddaughter loves this and plays with it often. The music is clear and not grainy or fake, very authentic. Great item for all babys. Plays two different levels so not to disturb others.

5 out of 5 stars Good sound quality!   September 30, 2008

I was given this as a gift when my son was 5 weeks old. He loves the music.. great sound quality too! The music goes on long enough so that you don't have to keep pushing it all the time.. but not too long that it won't stop fairly soon. When he's on the changing table and looks bored i quick press the music button during the change and he smiles and coos through the diaper change. Great size for a diaper bag too! There's also enough songs that you don't go insane with the same thing playing over and over again in your head all day! If you're looking for this kind of thing.. I'd recommend this one!!!!

4 out of 5 stars Nice music entertainer   September 30, 2008
Mikala Wells (St. Cloud, Florida)
This is a great "toy" for on the go or at home. The buttons are pushed easily to activate the music and together with the light affects it's really entertaining for baby. Also great that you have two volume options. The only "negative" thing about it is, that it is somewhat heavy and hard to hold for a young baby (3 months), so it's probably better for little older babies/kids.

4 out of 5 stars Baby Einstein Takealong Tunes   September 30, 2008
Justin Lehman (San Francisco Bay Area, CA)
We bought this toy on a whim... to qualify for free shipping by exceeding the $25 mark on Amazon (just being honest). I've had good luck with Baby Einstein toys, etc in the past. The music is of good quality... not at all distorted or too loud... and it comes with all the "usual" baby songs (can we get some variety or what?). The lights are especially dazzling in darkly lit areas... not so much in bright rooms or outside during the day. It's very basic (just one button to activate both lights and music) and my 9 month old daughter seems to get bored with it rather quickly, but I'd definitely recommend it for younger infants or perhaps as a toy for "the quick grocery trip" or to attach to a stroller. In my opinion, it's too basic for infants beyond about 6 months and it could be much more interactive. Other than that, it's of good quality and worth it for the small price tag.
